Mind and Body Health

An acquaintance told me some time ago about how she suddenly started bleeding out of his navel without reason that he could understand. He went to a series of specialists but no one can know what the problem. They continue to say what is causing this. When I saw her she had lost much weight and looked so fragile, like a fragile bird. Something is clearly wrong.

He said at first she read everything she could hand, but all what if driving crazy and fostered so frightened that he finally had to stop and say I do not know what it is, but I accept that my body is trying to tell me something. I’ll stop trying to control everything and not pay attention to my life simple, everyday.

Looks like a sensible decision for me.

It’s easy to get caught up in a culture where information rules. Especially those where there are specialists for every aspect of our existence, including medical. That way it can lead to abdicate responsibility for your life. Let others know you what is wrong, let others decide what to do, and who should fix it.

But when your body tells you something is wrong, and it feels like an alarm bell that means, but specialists say it is not dangerous, the information does not help you at all. It may be that you have a strong early warning system, and that your alarm bells really say “start listening now, do not wait for it to get worse”. Or it could be a purely psychosomatic.

Whatever it is, information and opinions from all specialists in the world can not help you, because they may be right, they may be wrong. Pretty much the only thing you can do is what my acquaintances do. Accept that your body is talking to you. Stop trying to control everything, began to listen to what your body is saying and really pay attention to your life simple, everyday.
